She is such a great sport to let me practice. I tried this with a lower ISO of 800, I believe on a "tripod" and timed to see what kind of quality photo I could get with my new camera.

I can't seem to stop taking pictures after 365!

It's so in my blood... I probably won't do the pic-a-day but instead maybe post some of my favorites as well as photos where I applied some kind of learned new technique with my new camera. This orange was taken on a ISO of 1600 on a "tripod" (table really), and using the timer on my camera. These settings were suggested in the book I am reading about low light settings such as weddings.

I did it!!!! Three hundred and sixty five days of pictures... whew! What a great opportunity it has been for me to stretch myself and come up with something new every single day. But now what?!

So... for my very last picture, I thought I would end with my absolute favorite subject that has been crawling around my house for the last six or seven months (but now is toddling around).

I was trying to take a picture of Zerin with his two bottles -- milk and juice and while taking the pictures (flash - yuk) he kept squinting because he knew the bright flash was coming soon. It was hilarious!

It is so interesting to me to be walking or driving somewhere and see a picture. It's like my eyes are always in photo mode. Luckily I had my point and shoot in my bag. What caught my eye was the brighteness of the red leaves on the bush and those that fell on the steps.
